What do the texts say, and can I change them?
Every text is a fixed Utilica message with your business name, the service and time, and a link. You can choose which ones go out, but not rewrite them.
Updated
Every text starts with "Utilica:" and names your business, so customers know who it's about. For example:
Utilica: Your Haircut with Faded Cuts is booked for Fri, Oct 31 at 2:00 PM. https://utilica.app/booking/... Reply STOP to opt out.
Utilica reminder: Your Haircut with Faded Cuts is tomorrow at 2:00 PM. https://utilica.app/booking/...
The wording is fixed. That's what the phone carriers approved Utilica's text number for, and it keeps texts from being filtered as spam. You choose which texts go out and the name they're signed with on the Text messages screen.
A few things are kept out of every text on purpose: links other than the customer's own booking or order page, phone numbers and email addresses. If your business or service name contains one, that part is left out.
Your own words (like where to park) belong in the Message after booking, which shows on the customer's booking page and in their email.
