01
Every way your customers already pay
Cash App, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle, plus cards if you want them. Type in the name people pay you at, such as your $Cashtag or Venmo username, and that method is on. Switch on one or all of them, and each customer picks the one they have.
02
It adds the order up for you
Customers choose items, sizes and quantities, and the page works out the subtotal, sales tax at the rate you set and one total, to the cent. You can ask for their email, add a box for a note such as a pickup time, and leave a message they see once they have ordered.
03
The amount is already filled in
Cash App, Venmo and PayPal open with the exact total entered, so nobody sends the wrong amount. Venmo carries the order number in its note too, and for the others the note is copied, ready to paste. Zelle has no payment link, so the customer sees your name, the amount and the note to copy into their bank's app.
04
Every order has a number and its own page
Each order gets a short number and a private link for the customer. It shows what they ordered, the total and where the order stands, and it updates by itself when you confirm. After that it is their receipt, to print or save as a PDF.
05
An Orders screen that keeps up
New orders appear as they come in, with the customer's name, the exact total and the note to look for in your payment app. Payment apps do not report to anyone else, so you confirm each one with a tap and the customer gets a receipt. Filter by what is waiting, search by order number, name or email, and see the month's orders, confirmed sales and tax collected.
06
Sell things you post
Mark a product as shipped and checkout asks for the address, then adds the rate you set: a flat price for the first item and less for each one after, steps by weight (up to 1 lb, up to 5 lb), a faster option, free shipping over an amount, or pickup with no address at all. Ship to the U.S., to Canada too, or worldwide with a rate for abroad. When it leaves, add the tracking number and the customer is emailed a link to follow it, then told when it arrives.
07
Sell things people download
Mark a product as digital and it hands itself over once the order is paid: files, a key from a list you paste in, or a private note such as an invite link. Every buyer gets the next key and nobody gets the same one twice. Files sit in private storage and each buyer gets a link that works for a few minutes at a time, with a limit on how often one order can download. For top-ups, in-game currency or custom work, ask the buyer a question at checkout, such as their player ID, and mark it delivered yourself.
08
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Taking cards is optional. They go through a Stripe account of your own, Stripe pays you directly, and an order paid by card is marked paid by itself with nothing to confirm. A card payment costs Stripe's fee plus 3% to us, 2.2% on Pro or 1.5% on Business. Payments through the apps carry no fee from us on any plan.
09
Invoices for anything
Charge someone an exact amount for work that is not on your page. Add the lines and quantities, include tax or leave it off, and they get a link that opens their payment app with the total filled in. Add their email and it is sent for you.
10
Reminders for what clients owe
Set what a client owes and when: once, weekly, every two weeks or monthly. They are emailed a request for the exact amount, on the due date or up to a week before. If it runs late they can get a nudge 3 and 7 days after, and it all stops as soon as it is paid.
11
Tips, bookings and a code for the counter
Add a tips block with up to four amounts and a button for any other. Give a service a price and booking it asks for the exact amount straight away. For a counter, a tip jar or a market stall, make a payment QR code that opens your Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle.
12
Alerts and records
Get an email when an order is placed and when a customer says they have paid. The same alerts can post to Slack, Discord or anything else that takes a webhook. Download every order and invoice as a spreadsheet, with items, tax and totals, for your bookkeeping.
13
Your money never passes through us
We never connect to your Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or bank, and we never ask for a login. You give us the name people pay you at, nothing more. The payment happens in your customer's own app and lands with you straight away.
