Instead of holding your web address directly, a dynamic code holds a short address that we redirect to wherever you choose. Because the printed pattern never changes, you can update the destination after the menus, flyers or packaging are already out in the world.

We never put an expiry date on a code. A code only stops if you pause it, delete it, or set an end date yourself. Leaving a paid plan removes paid features; it does not switch off anything you have printed.

Scans are answered by a separate redirect layer at the network edge, not by the dashboard. If the app is down for maintenance, your printed codes still resolve. Edits can take up to about a minute to reach everywhere.

Every destination is screened when you save it and again on a schedule, because one phishing link could get the shared redirect domain blocked for everybody. If a destination is flagged, visitors see a warning instead of being sent on.
