Deleting your data
How to take back what you connected to Utilica, or delete your account and everything in it. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.
If you connected Instagram for DM bookings, open Integrations in your Utilica dashboard, choose the Instagram tab and press Disconnect. We stop replying to your messages, remove our app from your account, and delete the connection’s keys and your account’s name and ID straight away. If you remove Utilica in Meta’s settings instead, the connection stops working at once; press Disconnect too, or email us, and we delete what’s left.
We don’t keep the messages people send you. We keep only a short-lived record that a message was answered, deleted after 7 days.
Google Calendar
Open Integrations, then Calendar, and press Disconnect. We revoke our access with Google and delete the keys and the busy times we kept. Events already added to your calendar stay there; delete them in Google Calendar if you like.
Your whole account
To delete your Utilica account and its data, email support@utilica.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete it. We confirm it’s you, then delete your pages, products, bookings, contacts and connections within 30 days, except records the law makes us keep (such as payment records for tax).
