Make an invoice for work that isn't on your page: add the lines and quantities, add tax or leave it off, and set a due date. You get a link to text or DM, and if you add their email we send it for you.

Cash App, Venmo and PayPal open with the exact amount filled in. Zelle has no payment link, so the customer sees your name, the amount and the note to copy into their bank's app. Choose which ways each invoice can be paid.

Switch cards on and the same link offers a card checkout through your own Stripe or Square account. A card payment is marked paid by itself.

Set a payment reminder once or on repeat: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. The first email goes on the due date or a few days before, and if it isn't paid we follow up on the due date and again 3 and 7 days late.
