Booking depositsAlternatives
If you sell your time, a booking should come with money. Here clients pick a service and a time and pay a deposit or the full price in the app they already use, on the free plan.
In its own words
Calendly is the standard for scheduling meetings, with a free plan and deep calendar features. The difference for someone who sells their time: taking payment at booking needs a paid plan, and clients pay through Stripe or PayPal. Here it is free, and clients pay in the app they already use.

More than bookings
Products or services with photos, sizes and prices. It takes a few minutes.
Customers pick what they want and see one total, with tax, to the cent.
Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle opens with the amount filled in. We take no fee on those payments.
Free to start, with 5 products and their checkout. Utilica never holds your money.
It has a free plan with one event type and one calendar connection. Standard is $10 a seat a month billed yearly, or $12 billed monthly.
Calendly's blog says payment integrations are available on all paid plans. On Utilica, bookings with a deposit or the full price are part of the free plan.
It does not read your calendar to find free times: you set your weekly hours, and times already booked are taken out. Your phone's calendar can subscribe to your bookings, so they show up beside everything else.
There is a limit, not a clock: a page with 5 products and its checkout, bookings with deposits, forms, and QR codes that never expire. Pro, at $7.99 a month, raises the limits, and Business removes them and adds full analytics.
Utilica is not affiliated with Calendly (calendly.com). Its name belongs to its owner and is used here only to identify it. What is said about it comes from its own published pages, linked above and read in October 2026. Plans change, so check its site for the current terms.
