A session can take most of your day, and the design takes hours before it. Take a deposit when a client books, put your policy in front of them first, and keep a consent form a link away.
01
Offer a short consultation and longer sessions as different services, each with its own length and a price that starts “from” when the piece decides it. Sessions of up to eight hours fit on the calendar as they really are.
02
Ask for a fixed amount, like $50, or a share of the price. The client's payment app opens with it filled in, and the booking says what is left for the session.
03
Write when a deposit is refunded, how many times a date can move and how late is too late. It is on the booking sheet and in every email they get.
04
Build a form with the questions you ask before a session, a statement to read and a consent box. Share its link when you confirm the booking, and read every answer in one table.
05
Sell prints, stickers or flash sheets as products, posted or picked up at the studio, and take the balance with a pay request for the exact amount.

Yes. Switch on confirming by hand and every booking waits for you, so you can check the idea suits you before the date is set.
Each page has one set of hours and one time zone. On Pro you can run a second page, for example for a guest spot, with its own hours and bookings.
Answers land in your form responses, where you can search them, read them one at a time and download them as a spreadsheet.
