Write your terms once: when a deposit is refunded, how late is too late, what counts as a fill. Clients see it on the booking sheet and again in their emails.

Yes. Add lash cleanser, brushes or sealant as products on the same page, for pickup at the next appointment or posted with your own shipping rates.
Choose how long an unpaid time is held, from 30 minutes to a day. If the deposit doesn't arrive by then, the time opens up again and the client is told why.
Take a deposit when a client books, hold the time until it is paid, and email a reminder before they come. The deposit is paid in Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle with the amount filled in, and we take no fee on it.
