Someone asks what a job would cost. Open their request and the reply is written in seconds, priced from your own list: each item, the total, a question about anything they left out, and what happens next. Change what you like, then send it.
Nothing is sent until you press send.

Hi Maya,
Thanks for getting in touch. Here's your quote for a deep clean of your 3 bed, 2 bath home:
Roughly how big is the home, and is there parking out front?
If Friday morning works for you, reply to this email and I'll hold it.
Thanks,
Bright Nest Cleaning

How it works
One tap puts a Get a quote form on your page or your website. It is a Utilica form, so the questions and the look are yours to change.
Type or paste your price list, or bring it in from your website, a PDF or a photo of your menu board. Services and products already on your page count too.
Open a request and its reply is drafted from your prices. Change anything you like, then send it from Utilica or your own email.

Your prices
Point Utilica at your price list and it reads every item and price. You check the list before anything is saved, then put the prices on your quote list, or add them as services people can book or products on your page.

No. Nothing goes to a customer until you press send. Each draft waits in Quotes for you to read it, change it and choose how it goes out.
Yours first: the price list you give Utilica, and the services and products on your page. If you have looked up local prices, they are only a guide for jobs you have not priced yourself.
The draft works one out from your closest items, often as a range or a “from” price, and the Check before sending note tells you what it estimated so you can confirm it or change it.
Every word, every line and every price. Or redraft it with a short note, such as “add a travel fee” or “make it more formal”, and a new version is written from your prices.
Your choice. Send it from Utilica under your business name, and replies come to your own email. Or open it in Gmail, Outlook or your email app, already addressed with the message filled in, and send it from your own account.
No. Requests come in through your quote form, and Utilica never connects to your email account. Replies to a quote go to you like any other email.
No. The quote form can sit on your Utilica page, the one in your bio. If you do have a website, the same form goes on it too.
