Onboard Flow

One link that takes a new client from hello to paid. They fill in your onboarding form, then carry on to a price, a time, your agreement and the deposit, all on one page. You set it up once in Utilica and share the link.

No. Their details always come first, and every step after that is yours to turn on or off. Bookings, agreements, invoices and forms all still work on their own too.

Three ways. List up to 8 packages for them to pick from, or use the price of the service they book. Or read their answers first and send a price yourself: they get an email and carry on from where they left off.

Choose a percent or a fixed amount of the price, taken as they sign, or let your booking's own deposit rules decide. A flow only ever asks for one deposit. It is paid in Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle with the amount filled in, or by card if you take cards.

You both get a signed copy, with a record of when it was signed, from which device and roughly where. The ready-made templates are a starting point, not legal advice, so have a lawyer check anything important.

No. They open the link on their phone or computer and go. The link is private to them, so they can come back to it later.
