How many texts do I get?
Pro includes 25 texts a month and Business 500. Text packs add more when you run out, and email updates carry on either way.

Texts to your customers and alerts to you both count. Most texts are a single message; the count resets on the 1st of each month.
When you run out, you can buy a text pack on the Text messages screen. Bought texts are used after your plan's texts and are good for 12 months. If you have none left, nothing breaks: customers still get every update by email, and the screen shows which texts were skipped.
To keep anyone from being flooded, one phone number gets at most 4 texts a day from your business.
