Free to start. Works as your link in bio, too.

Everything in one account
Online booking
List your services and your hours. Clients book from the link in your bio, pay the deposit in Cash App, Venmo or PayPal, and get a reminder before they come. No card reader, no booking fee, and nothing to switch over.
Clients pick a service and a time on your page. Cash App, Venmo or PayPal opens with the deposit already entered, or they pay the full price if you'd rather.
Choose how long an unpaid time is held: 30 minutes, an hour, a day. If the deposit doesn't come, the time opens up for someone else by itself.
They get an email with the time, what is left to pay, your policy and a button to cancel, so a time they can't make goes back on your page.
What it costs
Payments in Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle cost nothing from us, on any plan. Cards are optional: Stripe's own fee plus ours: 3% on Free, 1% on Pro, and nothing at all on Business. Type an amount to see what lands with you.

You get$9.11
Stripe's rate is its standard US price for a domestic card, from stripe.com/pricing on October 17, 2026. Stripe sets it, and international cards cost more. We take nothing on app payments, but your app may charge its own fee, for example on a business account.

What you get
Most people start with deposits on their bookings. Pay requests, reminders, quotes, QR codes and a full storefront are there when you want them, in the same account, each free to start.
Clients pick a time and pay a deposit or the full price. Unpaid times open up again by themselves.
Learn more about DepositsEmail someone an invoice, once or on repeat, with a due date and the ways you take payment. A nudge goes out if it runs late; card payments confirm themselves.
Learn more about Invoices and remindersGive us your prices and each quote request gets a reply drafted with the items, the total and a next step. You check it and press send.
Learn more about Auto quotesPrint one code for your booth or your mirror. It opens your page, where big orders can go by card and small ones in Cash App. Change where it goes any time.
Learn more about QR codesProducts, a menu, shipping or downloads, with a cart and a total to the cent. Nothing to set up until you add your first product.
Learn more about StorefrontEveryone who books, orders or signs up lands in one list you can search and download as a spreadsheet.
No switching day
Keep your DMs and your Cash App. Add the booking link to your bio, ask for a deposit, and run the two side by side. Deposits, held times and reminders are on the free plan, so trying it costs nothing, not even a card.

Utilica is a link in bio store and booking page. You get one page for what you sell, the services people can book and where to find you, and you put its link in your Instagram, TikTok or anywhere else. Customers order or book there and pay you directly in Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle with the exact amount filled in, or by card if you switch cards on. It also makes payment links, forms, short links and QR codes that never expire. The free plan is free for good.
No. You type in the name people already pay you at, like your $Cashtag or Venmo username, and nothing else. We never ask for a login, never connect to your accounts, and the payment happens inside the customer's own app, straight to you. If you also choose to take cards, those go through a Stripe account that is yours, and Stripe pays you directly.
Nothing from us through Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle, on any plan (your app may charge its own fee, for example on a business account). Card payments are optional: if you switch them on, customers can also pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and each card payment costs Stripe's own processing fee plus 3% to us on the free plan, 1% on Pro, or nothing at all on Business. Stripe's standard US rate is 2.9% + 30¢, so a $10 deposit by card on the free plan leaves you $9.11, and the same $10 in Cash App leaves you $10.
A deposit secures the time and comes off the price. When someone books, your page asks for a deposit (an amount or a percent) or the full price, in their own payment app with the amount filled in. You choose how long an unpaid time is held; if the deposit doesn't come by then, the time opens up again by itself. Before the appointment they get a reminder with a button to cancel, so a time they can't make goes back on your page. Deposits, held times and reminders are on the free plan.
No. Start with one thing, usually deposits on your bookings, and keep your DMs and your payment apps as they are. Run it beside what you use now for a couple of weeks. Your bookings and your client list download as spreadsheets whenever you want, so nothing is locked in.
Yes, on every plan. A product can be posted, downloaded, or handed over in person. For something posted, you set your own rates (flat, by weight, free over an amount, or pickup), checkout asks for the address and adds the rate, and when you add a tracking number the customer is emailed a link to follow it. For something digital, the files, keys or private note you add are handed over on the customer's order page as soon as the order is paid, and never before.
Every order gets its own number and the exact total. The customer's payment app opens with that total filled in, and you see the payment arrive in your own app the way you always do. Then you confirm the order with one tap and the customer gets their receipt. Payment apps do not report payments to anyone else, so you are the one who confirms.
Yes. We do not put an expiry date on a code on any plan. A code only stops redirecting if you pause or delete it, set your own end date, or it is disabled for breaking the acceptable use rules, such as pointing at a phishing page.
The free plan is meant to be useful by itself: 10 static and 3 dynamic QR codes, 3 short links, a page with 5 products and its checkout, forms, all styling and exports, and basic counts. Pro is $7.99 a month and is for one person: more codes and links, a second page, 50 products on each, 1% on card payments in place of 3%, moving backgrounds, the verified badge, search controls and no Utilica line. Business is $29 a month, or $24 a month paid yearly ($288), and takes the caps off: as many pages, codes and links as you need, 500 texts a month for booking confirmations, reminders and order updates (with text packs if you need more), no fee from us on card payments, your checkout embedded in your own website, unlimited form responses and full analytics. You can cancel either at any time.
They keep working. Downgrading removes Pro features such as detailed analytics, but every code and link you already made keeps redirecting and keeps counting scans.
No. A scan or a click goes straight to your destination, with no waiting screen in between. The free plan includes three active short links, and they do not expire.
We count scans, not people. We do not store the scanner's IP address or set cookies on their device, and unique visitors are counted with a value that changes every day, so nobody can be followed over time.
You can export every code, its destination and its design at any time. If we ever close the service, our terms commit us to keeping existing redirects running for at least 12 months after we give notice.
