Mark an order ready and the customer's phone shows it in large type, with a buzz and a chime.

Orders from a menu page wait for you to mark them ready.
- Confirm the payment in Orders.
- When the food is up, press Mark ready to collect on the order.
The customer's order page keeps checking while it's open. The moment you mark it, it turns green with their order number in large type, buzzes, plays a chime and changes the tab's title. If they gave an email, they get one too. No more shouting names over the generator.
