Confirm an order paid in Cash App, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle
Only you can see the money arrive, so you confirm it. Here is how to match a payment to its order.

Cash App, Venmo, PayPal and Zelle don't tell anyone else when money arrives, so the seller confirms each order.
- Open Orders. Each order shows the customer's name, the exact total and the order number.
- Look for the payment in your own app. The amount was filled in for the customer, and the order number is in the note where the app allows it.
- Press Confirm payment. The customer's order page updates, and if they gave an email they get a receipt.
Orders the customer says they've paid are marked Customer says paid so you can check those first. A card payment is different: Stripe confirms it, so it is marked paid by itself.
