Is it a template?

No. We design the store around your brand. It's built with the site builder's own sections, so you can still change every part of it yourself.

Can you move my products from my current store?

Yes. Send us your Shopify, Etsy, Square or WooCommerce store, or a spreadsheet, and we move your products, photos, prices and options over (up to 100).

Do I need a paid plan?

Yes, Pro or Business, so your store can be published and keep everything it was built with, including your domain.

Can I get my own domain?

Add one when you order: buy a new one, or transfer one you have. It's the registrar's price plus 20%, shown before you pay, and renews each year.

What counts as a round of changes?

One list of everything you'd like changed, sent at once. We make the changes and send it back. Small fixes to anything we got wrong are always free.

Can you keep it up to date after?

Yes. Once your store is handed over, Managed is $39 a month: up to 5 change requests a month, each done within 3 business days. Cancel any time.
