Is it really free?
Yes. We build it for free and it runs on the free plan, which holds up to 5 items. Payments in payment apps cost nothing from us. Cards are optional.
How fast will it be ready?
Within 24 hours, often sooner. If we need photos or prices, we'll ask by email or text.
Do I need an account first?
No. When your page is ready we email you a link. Tap it, make your account, and the page moves in.
Who owns the page?
You do. Once you accept it, it's in your account and only you can change it.
Is there a contract?
No. The free plan has no end date. If you upgrade later, you can cancel any time.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Not on payment app payments: those go straight to you. If you switch on cards, we take 3% on the free plan, on top of the card company's own fee.
What do my customers see?
Your page: your menu or services, a cart, and a checkout that opens their payment app with the amount filled in, or a card form if you take cards.
Can customers leave a tip?
Yes. You can add tips to your page.
I already take cards with Square.
Keep it. Card payments can go through your own Square account, with payment apps right beside them.
What if I want changes?
Change anything yourself from your phone, or reply to our email and we'll fix it.
What if I don't like it?
Tell us what to change, or just don't accept it. You owe nothing either way.
